★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. We arrived at 3.00pm. At 5.00 pm still haven't got our room. Asked the staff what took them so late. They don't have enough staff for the cleaning. Even only 1 staff handling the registration that made the queue so long. No air-conditioning at the lobby. No towels at pool. The pool also not being cleaned for quiet a long time I guess when looking at the pool's condition. Terrible experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first ever negative review anywhere but this place deserves a warning to all. The pool is beautiful and fun for the kids but cleaning services is just horrid. They just dump the new toiletries at your dining table, didn't clean the room and didn't change the towels. You can say whatever pandemic SOP in place but still this is just not right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amenities ok, but the room cleanliness such as air conditioned , fan, some window frame in the room full with dust . Fan and air conditioned especially seems like never been service and cleaned. Couch also bit dusty. Not sure will be coming back. Swiss garden, please rectify this issue immediately. Cleanliness is the main key for customer to look upon in when renting a place for holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disastrous check-in process, followed by a room with a clocked toilet bowl!
Unfortunately, the new room we were moved too lacked sanitation and had a bad odor!
The pool was great for the kids but wasn't at all clean or well maintained.
Overall, the experience was pretty disappointing for a long-awaited family holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pools and slides for kids. It was super busy over the weekend. By 8:00 guests and kids were already jumping in. Super popular. We waited to swim until right after lunch, maybe 12:00, and then we were the only ones in the pool until perhaps 4:00pm.
The apartments are very nice and modern. Clean, spacious and there’s a kettle, microwave and fridge.
Great place to stay for a long weekend and let kids run around in pools. Staff were friendly.
They allow guests to use the pools at the Swiss Garden hotel. They also have a very nice outdoor area. It’s very quiet there and the pools are beautiful. We were impressed to get to use both facilities.
It’s been very difficult to find good restaurants around the area. The ones we’ve been suggested have been closed. The ones we’ve stumbled upon have been disappointing. Our best meal was at the Swiss garden beach hotel and was their promo of a pizza, two burgers, fries and two cokes. Local food around the area just didn’t impress.

Very clean and well maintained based on my visit. Apartment condition may vary depend upon the agent manage to upkeep

Spacious and clean. Crowd subject to weekday or weekend.
Beach : 3/5 ⭐⭐ ⭐
The beach upkeep well manage. Interm of safety, quite denger to the pupil who want have beach with alot of buggy rental drive back and forth along the beach without any safety and proper alley.
Pool Event : 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Friendly, Well manage, good music and assist by the Crew.
Toilet : 5/5
Clean and well taken because its under building upkeep.
SOP : 5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Reminder by the management and well followed by the visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 4d3n here back in September 2020 before the 2nd wave. We enjoyed the hospitality very much. We have membership thus I can't comment much about the price. Anyhow I would definitely revisit for the private beach & amazing sunrise ?? it was absolutely breathtaking! Let the pictures speak for themselves.
