★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang this clinic enquire whether appointment is needed, the lady on the phone told me walk in only, no appointment needed. Today we went and waited for 1.5 hours and we asked them how long do we need to wait still, they said 20 mins. 20 mins later, I asked again, only then the staff told us few more appointments left before our turn. We were then told appointment is required. I asked them if it's fully booked, first you shouldn't ask us to walk in, second when we walk in you should have told us would be at least _ hours, third staff shouldn't lied to us that after 20 mins will be our pet to see the vet. My sister used to be a regular customer but not anymore. We left without seeing the vet, why would the staff think everyone has 2-4 hours doing nothing? Staff needs to have proper training and robust system in place instead of wasting customer's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a very good reason why you have to wait long as a walk-in customer. The doctors there really really take the time to examine your furkid before coming up with their diagnosis.
Came here on multiple visits - my pup was sick and was attended to by Drs Joash, Annie, and Vijay. They were all very professional, they listen to the symptoms and then list down possible issues and treatments. She is so much better now thanks to them!
The good thing about their practice is, they are not biased and make sure you are fully informed in the decision making process, making sure you know what you are choosing for your furkid. Every test, every op, every medicine is advised by them making sure you understand 100% and they won't push you to make a decision you are not comfortable with.
Can tell they are very passionate in their work and they want what's best for your furkid too!

Ever since they moved to this new place, their services has dropped straight into the drain.
I used to suggest everyone I know to bring their pets to this clinic. Their efficiency and effectiveness is total zero. They show no love and respect for those who comes from distance. They can’t handle any serious cases. Dr’s and clinic like this makes many of us not have any pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't set an appointment, but they accepted when I did a walk in on the day of. Waited very long for my turn (read: didn't have an appointment since they were full on the day but I was desperate) , but I understand it's because they're very popular / busy, and the doctor is very thorough in examining my fur baby and educating me on the issues she's experiencing. The staff was even apologetic, though it was not their fault. Many thanks to Dr Vijay for taking great care of my pet and taking pains to walk us through her symptoms and ailments. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are loving and kind. They will take their time to deeply examine and explain in detail on the conditions of our dearest pets.
They are also very resourceful and were able to revert to us, when we needed a good orthopedic. Especially during an emergency.
Myself do not mind coming here, all the way from Rawang as I trust them in handling my family members.
A big thank you to the wonderful team for the endless and loving support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service by both doctor and staff was superb, tho sometimes you may need to wait a bit longer. It's advisable for you to book an appointment prior the visit. The clinic is a bit too small too, so usually the staff will advise you to wait outside while waiting for your turn.
I had both sessions with Dr Joash (I hope I got his name correct). Very detailed, excellent in explaining cats' habit/health. All of my 3 cats were examined properly by Dr Joash.
Left the clinic feeling satisfied. Would definitely come back. Thank you!
Cons: Parking can be very challenging.
