★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. Return back because of a button was missing. The shop manager find the same button to replace and check buttons all over again to make sure the buttons are sew perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the MidValley store to look for coat, there is no customer in the shop, very disappointed when there are 2 staffs (a Malay guy is busy doing stock check on the floor, another Chinese guy just watching drama on his phone at the counter) and not even one is entertaining us. I wait for quite some time but they don't even bother. End up I have to go to ask the Malay guy (he is really concentrate on doing the stock check so I feel he can be helpful) instead of the Chinese guy (terlalu concentrate watching his drama on phone, don't think he knows what he is doing). The Malay guy is really nice, he gave us some useful advice and he did a great job, but he still can be trained to be more professional. That Chinese guy? It's okay to watch if there is no customer, but at least be helpful when there is customer lah, siashui us as Chinese only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly please train the staffs to be more helpful. Try not to make the customers to feel your suits are expensive but reasonable ☺ I just went and ask for a coat, the way the staffs answered me is like those suits are pricey for me. Don't judge a person by their look i would say. Thank you.

Very bad service.
Personally The jacket was nice price rm299.
I am waiting to get me the size.
The staf didnt take as professional service. Just not take serious and nobody want to entertain.
If you are looking for that price please go somewhere else.
