β β β β β SCAMMER ALERT: Do NOT Rent from this guy. He calls himself 'Jack' and real name is 'Pua Eng Siong'. He is not a legitimate agent and will deal with you verbally without any proper documentation.
If you do not keep your receipts, he will charge you again because he has a memory of a goldfish. Or probably trying to scam you.
He will charge for replacing lights, or cleaning AC without doing it or informing you beforehand. He will try to sell you things at a higher price than the actual price.
Also during checkout, he'll try every way to not return your deposit back.
Don't deal with him unless you absolutely have to. You will definitely LOSE money to this guy. Stay away from him.
Southview is actually a great place to live. Just find a legitimate agent with agent registration number or REN id.

β β β β β It's a nice place, quiet and quite well maintained. Cousins live here, the layout is reasonable and cosy. Kitchen space is very limited though
