โ โ โ โ โ Came here 9pm at night due to emergency treatment for my cat. End up my cat had to be admitted because of severe wound. Minor surgery and then after 3 days was discharge.
Overall the staff and doc are very polite and attentive. I really like how they communicate with me. Only slight improvement is their hotline because it is very hard to call. Price wise is acceptable. Recommended ??

โ โ โ โ โ I have been a long time customer of this clinic due to the friendliness and sincerity of the doctors who have treated the 2 dogs I have owned. My first dog who died at the age of 13 was a customer of this clinic since I got him as a puppy and now my second dog who is 7 years old is also treated at this clinic when he is unwell. I could safely say I am a customer for 20 years.
My only unhappy experiences with the clinic is when I have to wait a long time to pay my bill for my pet treatment. I have waited as long as 50 minutes just to pay.
I like the doctors who treated my pets because they are friendly and very patient with explaining what's wrong with my pet and they will try to recommend the right procedure to help.

โ โ โ โ โ Their care for your animal is good, we had our dog in for a few nights. They have all the kit and are able to do tests etc. that other vets can't. They're also open 24/7, which is helpful as often I can't make working hours, and the staff and vets are all great. However, their communications are terrible. Often it takes all day to reach them on the phone, if at all. This would be a 5 star review if they could work their communications out.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm giving this place 5 stars because they did such a fantastic job on my dog's surgery. They ask all the questions to check if your dog has been fasting, and take time to answer all the questions you might have about the procedure. Right after the surgery, the vet took the time to call us to tell us it went well and to talk about her additional hip issues, and how to manage it moving forward. Her stitches were also very well done, which promoted fast healing. My dog could walk right after the surgery and was pretty much back to normal on the 3rd day, then 100% healed in a week (so fast!). Usually it takes 2 weeks. My only issue with this place is that it's very hard to get through on the phone to make an appointment. And it's always so busy and crowded.

โ โ โ โ โ Very good service. Very friendly vet doctors. Very clean environment. Price is slightly on the high side. Cannot pay by eWallet. Only cash or bank transfer accepted. Ample parking lot available on a weekday afternoon. The clinic location is at a perpendicular lane. So need to turn into the lane to see the Clinic. No banner at the front of the clinic facing the main road.

โ โ โ โ โ Love the efficiency, my poor puppy was having diarrhea with blood, I walked in and seek for help, within 5 minutes me n my puppy were called to enter the consultation room. Thanks to knowledgeable Dr.L. (sorry I can't remember your name). She is an Indian doctor, smart, caring and give clear consultation. Thanks for everything!

โ โ โ โ โ The place is clean and no bad smell. Separate areas for dogs and cats so no stress to the animals. Sent our kitty there to neuter. Dr Amy Pang called when our cat is awake. Overall good.

โ โ โ โ โ I understand the organising and overall system need to be improve. Maybe some team to attend walk in emergency, separate team for appointments. However the vets and staffs are good and compassionate. Recommended and they have the medical facilities. I send my injured cat on the first day of Chinese New Year, public holidays on emergency basis. They attended well. I m happy my cat got treated and relieve my worries.
