β β β β β Lazy drive old bus this bus start travel at 7.30 for Ipoh and now 11.55 still on the way.yoyo is best I m traveling in yoyo since 2014.first time I travel in this elephant and don't know when we rrach still he is moving in hoping yoyo is best direct Aman Jaya.

β β β β β Drivers and counter staffs are not co-operative. Even NOT well mannered... Sometimes they ask for bribe if there is more luggage.. These people i have experienced behaviour like a bustard ... So advice not to travel with this ...

β β β β β We took the bus from Pudu Sentral to KLIA. Bus is old and rickety but left on time. You can only buy a ticket on the platform itself (platform 4) right before leaving. The man who sold us the ticket and managed the boarding (early forties, dark complexion with a goatee) is incredibly unprofessional and bad mannered. When we went there the day before to get a ticket in advance he wouldn't sell it to us, only right before boarding.
But he neglected to tell us they don't accept coins, only paper money. Since we were down to our last ringgits we almost didn't make the bus. When we expressed our dissatisfaction over this he got aggressive andere threatening. He seemed ready to physically assault us. Apparently he felt threatened in his authority or something like that. He then waved us away.
We decided to let the matter go because it's not worth the hassle and we had to catch our flight. But it seems that at least some Star Shuttle personnel thinks that if you take a cheaper bus instead of the KLIA express that's because you're looking for verbal (and perhaps other forms of) abuse. Caveat emptor!

2. Bus datang terlambat --- the bus came late. We booked for 3.45 am departing and just depart on 3:54.
Better to take bus to KLIA2 from KL Sentral!!

β β β β β I had bad experience with company #StarShuttle Kuala Lumpur. We made an appointment for 2pm, We called them in the morning (9am) to pick us up at our hotel, everything looked fine. But when it was time for pick up, no driver showed up, therefore we called them 4x times as our flightime was getting closer, the lady who pick up our call always said the driver was on the way. But we waited over 1 hour and finally we had to take Grab taxi to catch our flight, otherwise we would have missed flight. So this unfortunate bad experience I got from the #Starshuttle

β β β β β Firstly, it's extremely difficult to find the Star Shuttle boarding point in KLIA. Secondly, there is no punctuality or seat reservation respected. Buses start when they feel it's ready. Someone on my bus was waiting for 30 mins. Luckily for us, the wait was only 5 mins. And if you are a family with more than 2 folks in your group, Grab is as less costly as Shuttle buses are. We paid RM 55 for 3 seats, Grab was showing RM 65 direct to our hotel. I wouldn't recommend this unless one was traveling alone.

I got through bus from airport to bukit bintang very easily on just 24 ringits after that from the same place find a star shuttle service 6 ringit each person to get to the hotel with luggage. The van was two big and just carried us with two passengers instead of waiting for others. Highly recomended to take advantage of this service cheapcin price and very nice in facilities.
