I went at 5.30pm to avoid the crowd.
Recommended if you are looking for some home-cooked food for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chu-char restaurant that has been around for many years. The taste is very traditional and delectable. In particular is the fried beef hor fun... full of wok hei. Most of the menu offerings are good with the exception of a fancy dish — prawns with whole salted egg yolks, too rich and prawns not exactly fresh, could have been prepared beforehand and frozen... Overall, highly recommended as a place to enjoy the old taste of Penang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The signature Pork Rib King is one of the must-order dishes when we eat at 新润记海鲜饭店(Sun Yoon Kee Seafood Restaurant ) . This is one of the few old Cantonese restaurant that's survive after five decades and still served a traditional old taste of Penang.

Char horfun also nothing special compare to few famous char horfun stall nearby. Taste wise here below average. 2 stars
