★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Teacher” (in my opinion a previously very good student) able to get less than half the class to do the movement correctly (or photo-worthy). A lot of studios put hammocks and people to circus-like posture for pictures, this is one of them. Just because the class starts with some breathing exercise and end with palm facing together doesn’t mean it can be labelled as a “yoga” class.. If you’ve been to real aerial yoga and the circus-y aerial “yoga” you’d know what I mean. In short, form over substance.
