★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before this it was Kiara Inn by KL Suite the service is remarkably good for it class, now the hotel changing hands to other company called T Hotel, the service is terrible, the staff very poorly incompetent in this service, there is no more welcome greeting at reception, room is smelly and their staff also smell really bad it shows the hotel doesn't have good hygiene, we also found hairs and fingernails in toilet room, room also not carefully cleaned and smelly.

Room smells musty and there was a live cockroach running around in the room. Didn't stay the night.
Will never stay there. Urrghhh...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in and out within an hour after managed to find other hotel. Sticky floor, dirty bedsheets and cups and water boiler with some red sauce residue. They never clean! The worst hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I checked in the hotel on the booking date 7/7/2020 made from Booking.com by around 7.30pm, and found there is no water supply in my room. I immediately inform the receptionist, was told they are fixing it and will solve in one hour due to water pump pressure problems.
2. Then I went out for dinner, but when I'm return to hotel by late night around 11.30pm, there's still no water supply, now they told me will fix in 30 minutes.
3. Unfortunately I fell aslept while waiting, it's already 6am when the time I woke up, still no water supply! I raised my anger to the receptionist, only they told me I can use the bathroom at third floor.
4. I been wait for whole night, without bath after long journey, and not even dare to use the toilet because it's no water supply! Later that I found the hotel canceled my booking at Booking.com, stated I never checked in the property. This is how the hotel attitudes handle customer's issues.
By the way this is my second visit to the hotel after four months, formerly name as Kiara Inn. I enjoyed the stay at that time, sorry but to say who are looking for this hotel, consider my statement.
