★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hv no complaints abt their online customer service. Infact, they were prompt with their responses. Yes, it would normally take 3 days to reply but they say what they hv promised. Clear n precise n hv met all my enquiries. I had a pressing issue n i was not in the country but they were able to resolve it . Thank you all. N thank you for an excellent service ..keep it up .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hate that i need to travel to their office for cancel motor takaful.however my visit was a pleasant experience.awesome cust svc . I use this takaful for few years and got no issue with emergency assistance and receive cash back too.if everyrthing can make it online,i will gv 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an accident, and called the hotline but the operator is not helpful at all, didn't ask me where the accident happen, didn't even ask for my identity or whether I am okay. Didn't even help with towing advice. Just telling me which bengkel to send to.
Was pushed around by few numbers and hotlines.
Customer service quality, I am not satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellence service, easy to apply insurance online with swift payment process. Accepting Credit card, Debit card, FPX, Instalment plan (offered by MBB and CIMB) as well as E-Wallet ( Touch n go, Boost, GrabPay). Sometimes they offer online discount voucher too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank appointed them for my fire insurance , after selling the house i asked for refund cos they renew yearly , really very disappointing, so long wait and so many follow up still cannot get back my full refund which they said will pay ... customer service also bunch of i dont know what to say .... very disappointing TAKAFUL. I decided to let go my money to be refunded by them because if am tired already of chasing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local Insurance company head office in middle of the city. Very professional and friendly staff to cater their wlk-in customers' insurance policy requiremens. Parking is located inside the building and free for its customers.
