Management need to look into serious issue of terrible customer experience or face losing customers to bigger boys with better customer service. Customer Hotline partially serves very basic needs, if any, with occasional inaccurate info provided. Calls direct to officers remained unanswered for days - gives impression that AmMetlife is out of business. Unbefitting of a company providing "life" business - kinda shortens it...

terrible service, I just want to change my payment method , customer service reject my email said only accept courier , fine, I send by courier, then they ask me to fill another form, then , again and again ask me to resubmit , hello, I just want to change payment method only not a big issue, can't imaging if customer wanna to to made claim ,. Bad service!

I had my policy surrendered more than 2 weeks ago and was told that I ll get the fund in 2 weeks time. It s been more than 2 weeks now, and I have yet to receive any fund. Called up to Customer Service dept several times, was informed that it ll take another several working days process. Called again 3 days later, same answer is given. Deeply disappointed with the processing of surrender procedure.

I already terminated my policy but still deduct on my account bnk. I inform customer service abt the fund by email. After 2 weeks. I still not receive the refund, and i call customer service after 7 days from the date on the letter given. Customer service give the reason does not make sense. He told me . My account number was wrong on system And need time to fix this. Totally horrible!!!!!

Frustrated to know that that counter at their main branch closes at 4 Pm on a Friday. This is insensitive to Muslim clients who need to go to prayers on Friday and will mostly finish at 3 or 330 pm depending where they are. The company should change this and remain at 445 pm Like the other days . Please be more sensitive on this issue

Very low bonus n dividen ...1st arab malaysian insurance 2nd amassurance 3rd ammetlife..3times changes company name..after 20years n saving 99.99 per month starting 1997 till 2017 close acc .continue..till 2022......5years saving.....still low profit....very bad return fm this life insurance ametlife......very disspointed....very bad
