★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient for me to attend in person - Located within the Menara Shell complex in Brickfields. I use the customer centre on the 5th floor where the service is excellent. Should there be a wait then there is handily a San Francisco coffee shop on the same floor for coffee and donut..but so far no undue wait to be served and tbe staff are ok with me having my coffee on the counter as I am served. Personal visit for insurance business - travel, sports goods, auto and home content as examples - all have significant discount so if you can attend in person well worth the effort.
