★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some owners are very unfriendly. The layout and facility of the apartment complex is not on par with other similarly priced complexes, its underwhelming. The walk and non-OKU accessible parking blocks are too far and once it rains, don’t bother. It’s a mess of a complex. Lobby is non-existent. Similar to flats rather than “apartment”. Imagine an entrance gate with no roof, and still uses touch system; be sure to get wet trying to open your car window and touch the card to the sensor.
Layout of unit is great, large and well ventilated. 6 units per floor, all Semi-Detached styles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now it's become v bad experience living in Tamara Residence, they pretend more than work, all time grass cutter s noice, security guards not friendly even bullying resident ,at tha last more and more irritating thing mosquitoes ,,,too much in house can't open window for one minute even can see easily in house with close window and doors ,
Poor management,so many things stolen from grill door .. foreigner not allowed in surau .
Finally v poor
Aaah ,u can see view outside and enjoy ur paying rent ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parking good, enviromeny good. location good. near amenities. guarded and secure. only if they made a homestay here. monthly rent cost around myr2k++ cheaper with higher floor. recomended for fully furnish house.
