Bangla yg jaga pendaftaran....tp ok lah....lift saja sikit lambat nk tunggu.... overall ok.... recommended....tp for this unit only..unit lain, sila try n test....

Bangla is in charge of registration .... but it's ok .... the elevator is a little slow so wait .... overall ok .... recommended .... but for this unit only..other units, please try n test ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on my vacation with my family . So I booked last minute stay at this Taragon Residence suite. When we reach the property after making our online booking payment at 8.pm, we found out that the property does not have a lobby assistant at 8.20 pm when we arrive. We called the number from booking.com app to the owner of the property but did not answer our calls. The security told us rather than wait cos we waited about an hour ,to cancel our booking and book other property instead. I am writing here a complain regarding the payment that we made online but never did have the chance to stay to get refunded by the owner or from booking.com. we hope to get a feedback from your side as soon as possible. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation and paid through Booking.com last sunday and 5minutes after making the payment i have called the receptionist. The receptionist said he had left at 10pm and that the place was full and requested me to deal directly with booking.com. I have contacted Booking.com multiple times and they have advised that the property did not responded to their multiple emails requesting for the payment to be waive. I have contacted the property receptionist multiple time and he keep on lying that he had accepted the waive request and requested me to wait for 5 days and more when i have already mentioned that i have just contacted booking.com and they have checked the system and it shows that it is pending with the property to revert. I am writing here a complain regarding the payment that i had made online and i hope the property owner could assist on getting my refund.
