★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our 4th visit to Tatsu....We love the food here but this time the quality has dropped. Waiter was not able to give the right description of the food displayed in menu. Wrong order was brought to us the first time...We were very dissapointed when the second order came wrong too...we ordered grilled salmon and salmon tepanyaki but both came with no difference...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment. Not well trained Trainees but they are attentive and helpful. Pricey Japanese menu. Slow kitchen service, second dish is served long after the 1st dish. Teriyaki black cod is fresh n tasty. Disappointed with the teppanyaki chicken, it is like fried chicken. Chef confirmed it is teppanyaki and informed that the chicken was marinated and coated with flour before pan fried which is rather different from other teppanyaki preparation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible, placed an order ONE DAY EARLIER and decided to start cooking once we arrived. the rice took up to 13 minutes to even get ready, would rather go to a cheap mamak instead. also the green tea tasted like salt.
customer service? horrible. spilt water all over my table and phone too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with some friends over the weekend we all had lunch sets, black cod, salmon, sushi platter and unagi to share. I had the sushi and was quite pleased, its distinctly better than Ikiteru @ Hilton. the chawanmushi is also quite good. prices are wat ud expect from hotel restaurants and food is of excellent quality.
