★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my 89 y.o. dad for a massage (Christmas present) and he loved it. He's a very fussy old dude, mind you. He says this is the best Christmas present ever for an old man???...Price was reasonable RM200 for a 2 hour aromatherapy massage. They even took him to the restroom midway ....lol. How can the service be any better?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 150 Ringgit for an hour massage. This is not a small sum but necessary to alleviate my back pain.
It would be alright but for the unpleasant encounter at Thai Odyssey , Gurney Plaza . TO’s Receptionist was unwilling to provide surgical mask when I asked for one.
I had on a Uniqlo mask and felt I needed another surgical mask required at hospital visits. She says “normally we don’t provide one”. I retorted that these are not normal times.
Also, I felt uncomfortable at how closely arranged the chairs are for foot washing. Another customer next to myself felt really near and I doubt we were at the 1 metre social distance requirement.
So I requested that he be served first while I wait.
Thai Odyssey businesses needs to look closely at more issues if they want to fulfil the SOP necessary to keep customers safe and coming?

Be the member price 388, so can get instant rebate of 10%, the aroma massage is Rm155plus, after discount Rm266 plus, at least the balance can be use for next trip, better than none. The aroma and , the massage is just normal, not really very relaxing, staffs is not very helpful and friendly, just did a normal work. I believe in Penang are many out there cheaper and have better service compare to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great massage for the price. I had the thai aromatherapy full body massage. They let you choose the type of oil. I opted for peppermint. It costs 220.50 RM for 2 hours. They also offer you tea before and after the massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a massage at this chain store. Be sure to call for an appointment first or be prepared to wait.
Start with tea and chose from aromatherapy (like relaxing Swedish massage) or traditional Thai. Both are done on the floor.
Therapists are skilled and friendly but don’t expect them to check in with you. If you need them to work on specific areas be sure to speak up.

Staffs are very friendly.
Therapists are all above skills.
Aroma massage also good. Can choose aroma oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for 90mins full price thai massage for 2 pax. Made the booking 2 days inadvance but were given 2 trainee masseur. Omg...Lack of skill and consistency. Touch and go...left and right side difference steps. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was undoubtedly the best massage experience I had had in my entire life. The therapist was strong despite her deceiving small figure. She did a complete two-hour massage and provided a few minutes of compensation for the time she spent going out to wash her hands before continuing with the last touch-up of the session. Would definitely come back for the same therapist.
