I discovered this store when I went to Kuala Lumpur, they have amazing skin, hair and hand care products and many more.
I got from there multiple products, like tee tree for removing zits, I got a very refreshing facial wash and Vitamin E toner
There products are free from animal experiments
The employees here are very helpful

some of the staff and workers that worked on that day were a bit rude
- the product’s price are decent for their quality but some I would say is overpriced
overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through the hustle just to buy some decent products unless you have a good experience with the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to use body shop a lot when I was younger and thought to restart trying this brand to get some natural products. Service was good and the staff attentive but the quality and pricing of the products on offer are lacking compared to what we can now get at Bath and Body etc. There is also a lot less selection on offer and the products just don't give that same value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More manpower needed to service the crowd. The staffs looked burnt out especially during fasting month leading to rude and poor service. Seems like I'm not the only one, it doesn't happen in other body shop branches though. If it wasn't for the refill service they have, I don't recommend this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since all the products from skin care to makeup are vegetarian and being vegan myself, I was very comfy buying and using it..The staffs are so friendly... especially Ms Zetti , Ms Aileen in fact we chatted for quite some time !!!! Everyone should pay a visit without any doubt !!!
