★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small store but the staff are reaaaally friendly. They dont force you to buy unnecessary things that you dont use. I ended up buying 4 items instead of 1 because the staff that attended me is nice. I forgot to check on her name. Keep up the good work girls! Pleae buy their winter collection this time. Way better than last year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never felt so insulted while shopping in my life. Usually, the promoters at The Body Shop are friendly and patient no matter how long I was there. And always answer all my queries. Today, I was assisted by a nice promoter as usual. I was taking some time (about an hour) as I wanted to buy gifts for several people. Obviously I need time to think seeing that there's so much promo going on. There was no problem with the girl who assisted me. However, this other promoter came to me out of the blue and told me off that "I think you've been here for almost 2 hours. You should do something. We are closing in 20 minutes." And mind you this was not in a friendly tone nor was she smiling while saying this to me. This was like what the hell am I doing here kind of tone. I was happily minding my own business picking my products without disturbing anyone and there I was being implied like I'm some kind of intruder. When in fact, there were still plenty of customers who were going in and out and buying. There was still half an hour before the store closes. And I checked my parking ticket to see the time I came, I couldn't have been even 2 hours. And so what if I took 2 hours? It's not like it was after 10pm. As a brand who celebrates wholesomeness and well-being and uses the tagline "Beauty with heart", my shopping experience has been ruined and I felt offended by this extremely rude incident. Where's the heart in this? I've never been told off for spending time in a shop ever ? in my life. Is this how you treat a regular member? I told the promoter who assisted me and she even said "No, it's fine, of course you can still shop. There are other customers here too." She even told me to look around for more since my purchase would entitle me to another RM15 ?. And FYI I spent over RM200 today and I'm also a member of The Body Shop. I would have dropped everything and freaking walked off if my voucher wasnt expiring today! ??? Thank you for reading.
