the most disappointed in the world, it's your service.
I would say " Great Food " Your waiters and waitress are no service mind and empathy what they did in the role, this is not the first time for my experience.
Serving food to the clients are absolutely slow and it's the most slowest here at KL Sentral. Other brances are quite fast serving but I don't know why.

Before other outlet. Now another outlet again and again facing same situation. Customer paid for their meals. Why so kedekut sangat nak bagi or double check. Mcm mana customer nak mkn dgn item hilang semua tapi dh bayar full amount. You should train your staff.
