★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be my favourite cafe spot in Lot 10 because of it's location here, But sadly, it seems like closed down since pandemic lockdown on 18/3/2020. Few times shopping here, still see it hasn't opened yet but the furnitures are there. ?
I'm so happy, finally it opened back, according to them....about a month ago. Hope they hang-on during this crisis, my best spot for tea-break because it's spacious, quiet and less people even now or before. Best of all, price reasonable than most cafes around here. Staffs here are friendly. Can charge my phone and free wifi. ( Sorry, I bring-in my own buns to eat here too ?) Btw, my iced latte only Rm$10 nett and now, got promotion 10% on all meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I opened the cap, the coffee was not full. I paid for full but received 3/4 of the drink. I ordered less sweet but it was sweet as if they poured the whole bottle of sugar. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service from Ms Diana here was excellent. She was extremely polite and professional. Just wanted to bring it up. Anyway, as far as Coffee Bean goes, this location is a nice place to relax with sofas and a large dining area. Drinks and cakes are as good as at any other Coffee Bean location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and quiet place to chill. Parking is expensive, Rm10 flat rate on weekends. Had a cup of hot latte after shopping at Don Don Donki. This Coffee Bean is nice to chill because less crowded and quiet.
