β β β β β Door access not working, lift not working but luckily the front desk is helpful ,help me to change room. For Internet, if u just want YouTube and related entertainment works,if like me, need github for software develop, cannot work, all ,I would say most websites blocked !

β β β β β This is the worst experience I ever stay in this type of hotel before. When I checked in, I had a worst experience with the front desk Chinese guy being very rude towards me. Itβs took 10 to 15 minute for us to checkin in the middle of night. He treat us very cheap and rude. I booked for two rooms but he kept insisting that I booked for one room even after I showed my confirmation. End up I get rooms after a long rude conversation. The room door was broken unable access using room key card, took few minutes for us to enter the room. We need to go down front desk to inform unable to open the door. The guy gave us a solution that keep trying to rotate the key left and right. Purposely given different floor even the hotel is not busy at all. I gave 5 star service for Ms Riya who really took her time to rectify our issues and help us. She shows her hospitality and respect to customers. Thank you for the excellent service to Ms Riya

β β β β β Stayed on room 219 for 3 nights.
Overall the room is ok,clean and tidy with good air conditioner!
Toilet is clean and water is powerful for shower,just got abit smelly came from the paip.
Maybe is the smell from the drain?

β β β β β First at all, I have mentioned that I donβt want the room at the corner , then they give the room that facing the back door. (Clear glass door)ok fine. The room is empty, exclude water heater , cup , cabinet ,mirror at the table, all excluded. and the bed is the worst bed, u can touch the spring and at the night I just felt I only sleep on the spring(wake up at least 3 times). The next morning , the water stopped when I bathing , omg !???luckily I almost done for my bath and my family cannot take shower. I will not stay for second time although it is at SS15 lol

Room not clean, water is slow, heater not working
And also the staff tried to give us an awful small room with no windows and nothing but a bed, although we booked a big and good one with window.
We refused to take it and they upgraded us to better room (still not as good as the photos, so don't trust the photos anyway)

β β β β β Extremely bad experiences here.
-pillow and blanket very dirty, got mark and dust
-toilet very smelly and dirty, a lot hair leftover
-the room is totally not soundproof, u can hear clearly from the opposite room talking noise.
-There is a live band downstairs, sang until midnight. U can hear very clearly.
In short, dirty + noisy, not a good & comfortable place for u to sleep.
