★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked to stay with family but upon arrival only I knew kids below 12 year old not allowed to enter the premise.They shared same building with Alila. Covered pedestrian bridge from Bangsar LRT but no lift to go down. You need to use the stairs. Lift only for going up. Please check with your host before proceed with booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give 0 star I would. Booked a night stay here with my partner. The checking in process is dodgy. I booked it through agoda.com. I am expecting to pay a deposit but we didn’t expect to pay the deposit twice separately. Never mind, after collecting our room key, upon entering the room, there are so many rules and regulations to follow, even the rubbish bags needed to be taken out by the guest or else deposits will not be refunded. The whole night of staying we were but keep making sure we did not make a mess. What we are not happy is, we already paid for a cleaning fee of RM60 when booking through agoda.com. Our unit came with a toilet that has a faulty smell and a leaky hose pipe which make the whole stay even unpleasant and not to mention the whole unit comes with a half used toilet roll and not any other basic amenities like tissue papers, hair shampoos, extra toilet rolls etc. Also, the whole unit is not cleaned, fingerprints on the window panes not to think if the unit has been properly sanitised. Not to mention you need to pay RM15 parking fee even after validation and staying with the entity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could rate -10 the most horrible stay of my life. I will never book again worst place, worst staff, worst ambience. Avoid booking with Plush that’s a number one fraud company. I burnt my fingers with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience renting the studio unit for 3months in Sept-Dec 2021. The whole building is infested with roaches eventho they do pest control. Expect roaches and eggs in the kitchen and toilet even if you diligently clean your unit. Really noisy place too, especially lower floor units facing the KTM railway. Expect to hear the loud freight trains go by for 15mins at 3AM. Majority of tenants are airbnb guests so expect noisy floors and crowds of strangers every Friday night and during the weekends. The building is also dirty and full of thrash because of this crowd. Front desk mgmt was especially not helpful or friendly if you have enquiries or need assistance. Parking is horrible and crampy and you need to go up 6-8 floors as a tenant which would take at least 10mins, also depending on traffic in the building. The only positive is the proximity to KL and connecting bridge to LRT Bangsar (this is also pretty dodgy as there are a lot of homeless bodies living on this bridge). You also get a view of a cemetary with units facing the LRT station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The duplex units here have a disproportionate feel, I've been here 3 times and every time No One ever goes up the upper floor as it feels quite claustrophobic but unfortunately the bed is up there (once we took the bed downstairs) so even to sleep it feels somewhat cramped but the bed is comfortable and the rest of the unit is standard run of the mill, quite comfortable but nothing outstanding. And as the door opens out to the corridor, if there's any noisy people you'll definitely hear quite clearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible stay I ever lived is staying at EST. There process of getting keys is most stupidest thing on earth. Especially while booking with Plush Services be careful they are the fraud company operating at EST I wonder how this mafia works. You need to pay 300 RM deposit and then again 50 RM deposit. Craziest thing on earth and then you chase million times on phone WhatsApp email they never respond. So stay away before your ruin your day and mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process to get the room key is like solving puzzle, so cumbersome and complex. Moreover I ended up paying multiple times deposits at different places one at reception and then online. It’s like a circus. And there are no dedicated technician or staff in case of any issues . I ended up wasting my whole day in following up for my deposit of 300 RM. How ridiculous that they don’t tell you about deposit while booking and plus when you reach they ask you to do bank transfer. And after this there is one more joker in the front desk asking for another 50 RM for what purpose god only knows. And once you pay deposits finding the card and key is a pure madness. And then had trouble with WiFi to get password after following up they gave the password. The house was stinking and saw cigarette ashes on sofa. Most clumsy and lousy place ever. Never dare to book this.
