★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hearty sandwich. With my favourite ingredient, egg and luncheon meat, in between well grilled white bread, simply delicious. Price: RM4.60, Food: 9/10
Nope, not all dish in this shop is nice. Not this curry mee. The soup base actually taste all right, but it was made a bit too lightly, and served at warm temperature, not sizzling hot. Apparently, not cooked on the spot, possibly all are ready made, everything just got mix up in a soup that is kept warm all the while. The thing that really made it bad is the Siu Yok and the Char Siew inside which has that stink taste like it is a meat that is has rotten. I am not very sure why is it so, but we basically couldn't swallow any of them in. Price: RM13.90, Food: 5/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ham Egg Luncheon Apollo Bun the taste definitely not matched. If 10points I only give 2point ...The luncheon no cook at all one ..And the Dry noodle feel like using a lots Ajinomoto ? , only the tea is okay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food so so. ordered 1)wantan mee, abit salty, i guess its because they give lab cheong also. wet gravy. 2) signature claypot curry, normal only. we trying to ask how much if we add noodles, but the waiter don't understand, another waitress understood but no knowledge about the price. then they managed to inform me the its rm3, i said no need, but they still served me with the added noodles with the same amount of curry soup, ended up it almost became dry curry noodles. this is quite unpleasant to me.

Definitely worth a try. Claypot Curry noodles would be above average. The advantage of claypot was lost with lukewarm curry.
I liked the Curry Chee Cheong Fun which came with a slightly chewy texture, not warm enough though. Portion was a little small too.
Tea and coffee were good enough, it could have been served hotter. I did like the half Kampung Half Boiled eggs.
There were times when we regretted visiting certain eateries, this wasn't one of them. Very likely we shall come back again.
What I certainly like to see would be improvement like hotter food and drinks. This shall differentiate it's quality from that of some food courts.
Service was not really one of their strong points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to my liking. The char siew is quite sweet & got porky taste. The noodle has abit of alkaline taste. The traditional Ipoh white coffee is very sweet even though has requested for less sweet. The siu yoke is ok. This is my personal taste buds. Others might like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the restaurant is not that big and responsive with your orders.. let's start with the basic eggs and bread first.. they're ok.. and I appreciate hot bread and they already spread because I'm a lazy person.. then the drinks.. they're more heavy or thick taste.. which is good.. but after a while you will feel you might need to drink some water with it.. so I think it's better if you could order them with ice?? then the claypot curry mee is generous with their portion and meat too.. there are fish cakes.. char siew.. some chicken meat.. pork balls.. pork skin or something.. some long bean and tauge.. unfortunately too much meat for me and char siew is on the fatter side which I dislike.. price also on the higher side at 16.90.. total is 46.90.. however that's my personal preference though.. whereas parking in kuchai lama is expected.. so good luck..
