★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury condo in matured neighbourhood of Section 16. Unlike the new high rises of today, this place actually has garden space, plenty of facilities and a healthy-snack cafe cum grocer . Because Section 16 has mostly landed house, from the units here, I am not surprise that one can have nice breeze with KLGCC golf course view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. The spacious apartments are within walking distance to the MRT station, about a 6-minute walk. The security is strict but attentive and professional. There's an expensive restaurant though best to avoid it. The swimming pool is clean and large.

Great pool there, badminton courts, basketball court, tennis ...mini mart and restaurant, laundry....nice place to live at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the exclusive high ground in Section 16 of Petaling Jaya. The surrounding of the condominium is windy, quiet and fresh. The latest upgrade of its main guard house further enhance security of the condo. Freehold and low density development, comes with a high price for interested parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A resort like setting conveniently located within short walking distance from the MRT. Although being relatively old this condo is very well maintained thanks to a dedicated committee and a good management. Security is being given a high priority and with the recent upgrade of the guard house the security was significantly improved. Most residents are owners which increases their commitment to a better community living. Common facilities are relatively good in particular the swimming pool and the cafeteria cum small convenience store that sells excellent simple local and western food. The garden and landscaping is worthy of an upscale resort and unlike in most recent developments still quite sizable. There is a certain sense of community living among the residents that really makes it a great place to live.
