I moved here since March 2018. The building is very impressive, cool & well taken care of. The security is good & well lighted car park area. Facilities is great with lots of area for you to unwind & entertain your friends. Iam in block A facing the main road, school & bus stand therefore a bit noisy in the morning & after work hour.

Nicest property in Ara Damansara, low density quiet environment.

Nice swimming pool, and huge gym located next to the pool. All common areas tastefully done.

Always traffic jam around this area in the evening Heavy flood in rainy days Full of mosquitoes, you cannot open the windows at night at all management wants to control everything, and easily threaten residents to call the police! very bad experience. totally regret staying here.

Like normal condominium's, there is gym, swimming pool and tennis court. Extra's are karoake room which you need to pay and book, i paid rm50 for 4 hours. Good security and spacious car parking.

The condo is spacious and has many facilities. There are some units which faces the roof of the function hall. When it rains, the sound of rain beating on the roof is disturbing to the home owners of those units. Also, noticed that Citta Mall is just a walk away from Potpourri. If it is convenient for people to reach the mall, would it be convenient also that pests (if any) from the mall enter into the residences?
