★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My house have 9 boxes of books for donation who all are my dad old books. I called them and the manager of this society rejected my requested to pick up my place which just less than 3km by their location. There only 2 of my old parents in the House how come they need to carry so heavy boxes of books and bring to the location that ask us to drop? Not consider enough for public although we donated the books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here few times to send some clothes and household items for 3R( reuse, recycle, resale). You can drop your things at a big bin either on the side of the main entrance or at the back of the building in which you have to pass by some houses. I notice some people just throw the clothes or things inside the collection bin without wrapping it properly in the bags. I have seen also things which are in bad conditions there. I hope people are mindful of what they send there.
