โ โ โ โ โ We booked a 2 days 1 night stay during our trip. The room we got at first was absolutely bad.
-Cons:
The walls has stains on it as if a cup of beverage was thrown under it, below the table there are brown spatters which I do not know what it is but made me rather uncomfortable being in that space.
The beds has some stains on it including a small blood stain, a few small bugs can be also seen there. But compared to the walls, the walls are more disgusting.
The walls are also cracked and the glass wall for the toilet, tape was used to tape up the hole in it.
The last straw for us was seeing a huge bug flying across the room, we killed it and took a picture as we could request for a room change.
The second room they assigned us to was much cleaner (looks closer to the pictures advertised) but the walls are still cracked.
The last point may be more a bit on the 'feeling' spectrum so take it with a grain of salt. In both rooms, I feel a bit uneasy while I was in there. Especially when I first step into the room. I couldn't really figure what was making me feel that way or experience it, but its the first time I get goosebumps out of nowhere.
Pros:
When we request for the room change the staff was really nice and allowed it and was rather helpful despite it being near 12am.
Checking in was in a normal pace and it was nice of them to let us check in early (It was on a normal work day so there was not much people)
Overall thoughts:
-Would I recommend friends and family to this place? No, not really. For the price and the experience I got, not really worth it.
-Would I come back here? No, there are other places more worth it.

โ โ โ โ โ I was out for a 2 day vacation with my family. The rooms were clean but the walls were slightly ripped with some stains etc, the lift was super confusing to use and didn't work sometimes. The pool was okay, not fun but definitely not boring it was just mediocre. Slides were also boring and everything was moldy alongside some uncleaned water in there. The first time I stayed here it was great with comfortable pillows and strong water pressure with a great view, but now everyone has downgraded I woke up with back pain causing me to sleep on the couch. 4/10 I don't really recommend, just choose another cheaper and better hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ Views from the room are great but doesnโt make it up to the fact that housekeeping is pretty much nonexistent. Called the operator number of times to get no proper response so the rooms are in a messy condition throughout 3 days and 2 nights here. Elevators are crowded and slow so getting up to your room or going down is a pain. The pools, while great for the kids to play in, have their pool attire rules really not enforced so youโll have other hotel guests wading in the pool with unwashed jogging pants. Def will not return here.

โ โ โ โ โ Bigger or more lift since you guys have so many floors and it is impossible to do it with stairs (which I think some people use because you rather be tired than to wait for 15 minutes for lift to arrive and fully occupied and you need to repeat the same phase again and again). Foods were good, room was spacious and splendid view. Maybe, not again.

โ โ โ โ โ I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not return. With the price paid, definitely not worth it.
Bad:
1) We had to wait 1 hour and a half to check in.
2) We had to wait 30 minutes for the lift. There are only 4 lifts for a 40+ storey building.
3) Dirty and smelly sofa bed. God knows what white stain was there. Yuck! Only clean was the bedsheets, but who knows.
4) No room service. If you need something, you have to go to the concierge on Ground Floor. Again, wait for the lift that takes forever.
5) Air cond is noisy.
Staff replied that it is โnormal to check-in within 30 minutesโ during check-in. No, it is not! Other hotels wouldโve taken 5-10 minutes!
Itโs been 2 years since the pandemic, and the hotel management should have developed a better system to cater to the number of pax at the hotel.
Pros:
1) Room is spacious
2) City view is amazing

โ โ โ โ โ We took 2 3-bedroom apartments. Very spacious and nicely furnished. Nice views, from certain rooms I suspect, but not from ours.
However, cleanliness is lacking. Dirty room floors (black feet kinda dirty). Aircond not serviced. We opened up the vents and found inch-thick dust on the filter panels which affected our air quality and sleep (for those who have sensitive noses).
Would I come back here? NO. Not until I read positive reviews about their cleanliness.

โ โ โ โ โ 1. 2hours check in time. Not just for the day of check in. But the next day, I observed. Till 7pm, still a long line. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm.
2. Slow lifts.
3. Sink plugs not working.
4. Mouldy and creaky bed area.
Pros:
1. Great view and spacious.
2. Nice bathing experience. The shower is nice.
Mot sure why, but seems like a lot of people still choose this hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ Late review. We came here during Chinese New Year Holiday 2022.
The parking is at the upper floor and the Lobby is at the Ground Flour. And this is quite a setback for us.
So, if you are travelling with families and luggages, get a representative to do the check in.
It's quite a hassle to use the elevator especially during public holiday as visitors of the Shore Sky Tower also use the same elevator.
The room is spacious. Clean and everything function well.
The pool is big and has few sections.
The gym opens at 9am, remember to wear your proper attire.
