★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad communication . very slow service . it took 3 month to get a replacement for my damaged kettle . and now they have 2 damaged irons for me since 70 days and still waiting! . the worst service in the wold . they doesn't deserve even one star ! . horrible service ! .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Almost impossible to telephone. I ordered a spare part and did not hear from TMT for months. When I went to find out personally, my name was there but nothing was done. I ordered again and they tell me "I call you back" but I am still waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! The staff is very cooperative and they take out time to understand the customer's concern. You will find spares of almost all products which are in production currently. In case you are looking for spares for very old products which have been discontinued from production then those may not be available. Still you can give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TMT Services are grossly incompetent and mis-managed by people who have little of no respect for their customers. For a period of 5 months now they have been advertising the fact that they are a service centre for Kenwood product both in signage and on-line when the reality is that none of this information is correct and customers who bring products to them have mis-informed by the company and are left angry and frustrated by the incompetence of TMT Management. Walk away from these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever!!! If you don't have warranty and enough time to waiting forever~ they will promise you to update you the service condition within one week, but they won't ever call you! Even if you try to call them, no one answer the phone! And waiting too long, until you go there and check. Turns out the service status ady there and pending, need our confirmation. But what the hell u didn't call?! And the service price is sucks and not worth at all!! The bill is x4 more than they estimate. One part replaced is more expensive than buy new item. Regret to come here, waste my time and money, better buy new one. Thanks TMT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have my grinder cover replaced in one month. Didn't take long at all for answering my call. Just provide the model of your tefal grinder (somewhere at the bottom of the grinder), name and contact number. Was informed that it will take a month for the stock to arrive. I called to follow up on the status close to a month and was told that they just received some packages yet to be unboxed. The next day i received a call to inform that my order is ready for collection. Collection process was fast too, just provide your docket and make payment. Although it took a month to get it replaced, the process was easy and customer service officers were polite.
