β β β β β Set an appointment at 8am (which is right when they're open). You may arrive earlier to get in line. Took a picture inside while waiting for my car service to be done. Area was clean, bright, and busy. Service was also smooth and the technicians were helpful. Other than that, light refreshments were being served which is great if one is to choose to wait for their service to be completed. Highly recommend and would be back again for servicing when needed. Overall, 9/10.

β β β β β Worst and weird.. the service department staff are careless and unhelpful..appointment on 10am wait until 11am then I go ask reception she just replied ya you have to wait for the number until your turn, but only 2-3 people waiting there and many many staff but they keep chitchat only, I just wanted to talk to service advisor and tell them my car got problems

β β β β β Send my car for service on 10june2022 and missing some cash in the dashboard compartment. The missing cash was in the duit raya packet somemore. Make a call to the service centre to complaint and receive feedback that there are few cases already happen like this last month. To the centre please check your workers and take action to them!!!!!

β β β β β Last Friday I sent my Toyota Altis to Toyota Cheras Taman Midah for a minor service at 75,000 km. Today (Monday 23/5/2022) I discovered that my sport rim lock nut was not returned to me by the mechanic after servicing my Toyota last Friday. It has never happened to me before. I went back to Toyota Cheras to lodge a complaint and was attended to with an unfriendly manner by the service advisor who received my servicing cases last Friday (20/5/2022). He told me the mechanic did not open my four tyres to service my car brake and brake pads, hence did not asked for the sport rim lock nut from me. Upon speaking to the mechanic, he said he contacted Toyota controller to inform Service advisor to get the lock nut from me. However I was seated in the customer waiting area throughout the service but the service advisor did not even come and ask me for the lock but to open my car tyres sport rim. I am formally by lodging a complaint to Toyota on their negligence of causing my sport rim lock nut to go missing after servicing my car. Please avoid Toyota Cheras! Their ground staffs are irresponsible! As I write this complaint now, I have waited for 3 hours for them to resolve the problem and still no solution.?

β β β β β Quite comfortable place for service centre.
Not recommended to have a car wash after service here as they will search inside your car and take all the cash inside. I forgot to take out some cash, and it went missing after a car wash. Definitely not happy with it

β β β β β I came to get more info on your Car Toyota altis. There was a guy who really stereo type me and my mom. Is it cause I was an Indian. I came wit shorts and slipper. And it was in the afternoon I came in wit my grandpaβs old car. So I ask about the car and he just gave me the brochure and I ask can I test drive he told me need to do booking first then can test drive. Since when we need to do booking first then can test drive. So I just walk out of the showroom. Really bad service

β β β β β Garbage of a service, scheduled for the time and yet I have to wait for 40 mins plus already and nobody called to process my queue. Staff are walking around and chatting. Then, nothing happens. Look at the freaking photos, 40 mins plus and all counters are not serving anyone! Truly garbage, should've gotten my wife a Mazda instead. This never happens in Mazda service center.
