★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice management. Strategic location. Easy access to 2 main highways. Near one U megamall, starling mall, Tropicana city mall and Atria mall.
Foods were nearby: uptown, ss2 and etc.
Drawback is no any public transport nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just another condo. Its new, well maintained, but so typical of run of the mill condos with boring colour schene of shades of grey, whites. It has standard facilities like swimming pool that has fixed depth of 5 feet, fairly well equipped gym next to swimming pool, wading pool, garden surrounding this level 2. On same floor there are 2 function halls one of which is fully aircorned, BBQ area. There is no convenient mini shop. I guess its minimilist. If you want to shop, Speed 99 is within walking distance, and the convenience shops are Shell abd BHP petrol stations next door. No 24 hour shops like 7-eleven. There is a Indian restaurant opposite the condo that serves good Southern Indian foods from as early as 7 am to 11 pm. Interestingly this Indian restaurant serves fresh banana leave packed nasi lemak at RM1.50 each.
There are two blocks A&B at this condo and enough parking bays for visitors.
Location wise is strategic about 10 minutes drive to Uptown area that has many shops and a new mall, named Starling, One Utama reportedly the biggest mall in the region, One World Hotel, Tge Curve, IPC, Ikea and more slightly further away.
Life is great...

Developed by OCR Land Holdings Sdn Bhd, Boulevard Residence comprises two towers of 14 and 15 storeys of 300 units. These have built-up area of 850 sq ft, 1,100 and 1,900 sq ft and come in two layouts of 3-bed, 2-bath and 4-bed (3+1), 2-bath.
The facilities on offer sound fun: jacuzzi lounge, jumping jets, splash pool, lap pool and meandering koi pond are among the usual suspects such as modern gym, children and adults swimming pool and landscaped barbecue areas.
Boulevard Residence be faulted on its location, which puts it within easy reach of a range of amenities. It's merely 9 minutes to 1 Utama Shopping Mall, 6min to Atria Shopping Mall, 11min to Glo Damansara Shopping Mall, 8min to Centre Point Bandar Utama, alots eatery areas and seafood restaurants nearby and 2 min to BHP and Shell Petrol station.
Damansara Specialist Hospital is a handy 5km away. Alots Primary and Secondary school around such as SK Bandar Utama Damansara and SK Bandar Utama Damansara 2, SMK Damansara Jaya, SMK Sri Angsana 2, British International School, private Chinese schools, KDU University College, KBU International College...
All the above would of course be pie in the sky without the road infrastructure touted as connectivity and accessibility in property talk: Boulevard Residence is so close to the Sprint Highway that it might as well be an extended part of its driveway. From Sprint, getting to the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) can be very quick during off-peak hours.
Located just behind the commercial centre of 10 Boulevard is the residential component of the development, Boulevard Residence. Offering exceptionally good accessibility located just next to the SPRINT highway, these relatively new homes at Boulevard Residence has good prospects of rapid price appreciation in the market.

The sound proof is very bad the kids above have been stomping day and night, early in the morning at 8 during weekend and the stomping was so bad that I have difficulty working from home ! And the management guy was too scared to deal with the family ! We stay here we all have the right to have peace !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good environmental. Convenient to highway. Residents are polite and well behave. Not a big estate but well maintained. The down side is the security guard can not speak English, hence can't offer much help when guests or foreigners guests are here! However, they are doing their best to maintain the safety of the estate and handle well on all online deliveries to keep to a high standard of hygienic within the community. Was encountered some hiccups when called Grab to nearby for grocery, the manager Mr Kevin (hope the name is correct) come into assistance. A friendly and helpful Manager doing his rounds and offered his help to solve my grab problem gives me a very good impression. Keep it up???
