β β β β β Fried Dough look like expanded balloon when out of hot oil wok but once it cools it deflates like a limping out of air balloon. Wrong technique mixing the flour dough that it does not expand real fluffy meaty inside and wrong oil temperature wrong frying skill till it soaks up all oily into the fried dough. The fried dough does not expand meaty fluffy like doughnut should but instead all sticky thin and all oily once bite to see inside.
