★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Service, this evening I went to purchase a reload card from this Queens bay U mobile shop,the staff at the door didnt allow me inside ,cause I'm a foreigner and i was not having my passport at the time with me,i have purchased relaod cards several times from this shop before also ,i have never been asked to show my passport anytime,i was having my Ikad also with me ,but this staff told me that they need my passport,is this because i'm a foreign student here or is this how you treat your customers always!!very dissapointed.

Is this the service they given when customers need to make enquiries or purchase things from the store???
There’s one Malay lady staff that was rude attitude asking you want to do the same thing again ?! Excuse me what is this question .. same as the Chinese guy not professional at all !!! My goodness is that the reason why customers wanted to switch line
TRAINING ON CUSTOMERS SERVICES are needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The Indian woman service staff is very rude to customer. The Malay man manager also very rude to customer. They did not explain the alternatives or solution instead putting blame on customer. Not professional. Wouldn't come here ever again. Not recommended at all.
