★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If not because of the Specialist Doctors there, UKMSC as a Specialist Centre will be the last choice for my family members. The Management Team of UKMSC should look into improving outpatient experience if it aspires to offer private medical services.
To the Senior Management Team of UKMSC, my personal opinion, if you are really serious about retaining your good doctors from going into private practice elsewhere, please take some time to learn how IJN Private or UMSC made that transition for their Specialist Doctors, leading to a better outpatient experience for your private patients.
It would be a shame for those who could not afford private hospitalisation to loose the expertise your Specialist Doctors have to offer. I am not asking for special treatment because we went private, I just think you do not have a proper working system in place and, are so very disorganised with your outpatient management on the 7th floor. Support staff are not properly trained to handle inquiries to the point they sometimes look clueless when asked.
This had been my experience taking a family member there for many visits the past few years even before Covid-19 hit the shores of Malaysia and, not surprised if this continues beyond Covid-19 if no one speaks up.
It was always a draining experience going to UKMSC for us but we are always optimistic that it would be better during our next visit but sadly, not. I hope by putting my experience in writing after years of hoping for a change, my comments will be taken positively for the good of all in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was given an appoinment for MRI prosedure but when come, the gl was not prepare by the clinic even though it was my 3rd appointment. i 've been waiting for more than hour for clinic to request that.
please improve ur service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my 6 year old daughter undergo minor operation here. Not an easy task to have surgery during this covid season. But I am extremely grateful with the staffs. They assist us from A to Z. Till today, my daughter happily revisit her experience there. Thank you for the experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the consultants & specialists were so helpful, expert in doing their treatments. Nursings and other staffs also very attentive, helpful, caring in giving their care. Good ward environment also like 5 stars hotel. Service excellent! Very recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful scheduling. They called me 2 times everytime just to tell me my appointment for the NEXT day is postponted to next week due to unexpected meetings. They don't consider for such appointment it takes me few days to plan a leave and free up my calender. Total disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm highly recommended for UKMSC services especially their specialists, hospital staffs are really helpful, friendly. Easy make appointmnnt via their website and hospital call you directly after make your appointment. Most of specialist and consultant are come UKM and yeah there are more 20-30+ years experiences handling the patients. Price is reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. Environment is okay, but some day you will find it is a bit crowded, and some day is otherwise. Fasilities are okey but I think they might wanna add up kid section, loads with storybook, or color book so that kids won't get bored since the waiting time is roughly an hour or so.
Also I wonder why do international patients gets to get the lounge and Surau? Can it be used by Malaysians?
