Staff were busy as we were ther during lunch hour crowd but the food servings came out reasonably fast.

โ โ โ โ โ Had my dinner at Robataya on Sunday nite 15 of May 2022. Good was good and the fish is superbly fresh and tasty. Not to mention, the restaurant was packed with people but the service was still very goodโฆ especially with William (the manager) around. Satisfying!โบ๏ธ

1) overall - Japanese cuisine located in empire subang, offers dine in and take away options, plenty of seating capacity, do expect queue during peak hours, chilling environment, average dining experience, offers brunch, lunch and dinner, average service from the waiter and waitress, offers quality food such as salmon, grilled skewers, premium price too for Robataya Izakaya Subang Empire.
2) grilled chicken skewer - too dry for our liking, tasteless
3) grilled beef with mushroom - tasted not bad, great combo of mushroom and beef meat
4) grilled pork in omelette - was okay
5) Saba fish lunch set - decent ingredient, decent portion, Saba fish was grilled to perfection, price is on the high side

โ โ โ โ โ Food is good with a wide variety of choices and attentive service provided by staff. The store manager, William is very experienced and knowledgeable about which dishes to recommend according to our palette. His team is also very attentive, friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our dinner and we definitely recommend this place to everyone!

โ โ โ โ โ 1st time visit and the foods is very nice with reasonable price.. But the staffs service need to improve more as we need to wait quite long only the staff notice that we want to order foods even do that hour quite a number of staff working there... Very Hard to get staff to serve. Another thing that need to improve is the whole place very smokey...Hope next visit can see the improvement.

โ โ โ โ โ They have a huge selection of food on the menu. Also have good sake, the 1.8L ones. Love their pork belly skewer yakitori. We were served by Mary and she just makes everything nice. Quality of food and portions are good, so really reasonably priced. Make a reservation early. We had a great time!
