1. Setup a storage in the most inaccessible place in an university
2. Partner with delivery companies and persuade them to hand over the parcels to you.
3. Charge students 50 sen for each parcel. Charge 1 ringgit if they're late to make the most out of step 1.

โ โ โ โ โ Sometimes they dont even message me that they have my parcels. At first I thought it was the courier's job but later I was told that some were informed while some not and I unfortunately I fell onto the latter. Personally I would rather have my parcels delivered straight to me rather than have them delivered there. The long journey there just isnt worth it

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. Too far from every part of iium. And need to pay some more charges for one parcel 0.50 sen when u already paid for delivery service for normal rm7. When ask about how to claim, they said "just tell the officer yr full name" no security to my parcel at all. Asking question to one of the stuff but get cursed instead. Bad bad very bad. This is not making anyone easy. Just give more headache.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service, the operation hours supposed to start at 9.00 AM but when I come at 9.20 AM is is still closed.
The service is also SLOW compared to other parcel collection points.
Other collection points service shop outside IIUM is FAST compared to UniStorage, not just fast but also FREE.
UniStorage service is not just SLOW but also you need to PAY for every parcel from RM 0.20 up to RM 6.00.
Not just you need to pay but you also need to film in a form, we pay but we need to fill in the form? ?
Other parcel collection service doesn't require me to fill in any form, they'll key in our particulars without having to pay anything.
I hope that IIUM RECHECK EVERYTHING about UniStorage service.

โ โ โ โ โ Why on earth unistorage exists? Their service is too slow... They don't want to release my parcel to me on the same day it arrives to them. For instance, if my parcel delivered to them on Friday then I have to wait until Monday to get it from them. They should be bankrupted as soon as possible otherwise all of the students in UIA will suffer a lot for their terrible service.
