★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time is bloooody long so I recommend bring entertainment for the human parent, powerbanks while water & treats for the 4-legged kid.
The vets there ACTUALLY cares about your animal so don't be afraid if you need to leave them there! ( when picking up my pooch from the in the caged area, her neighbour had an A4 size sign stick to hers in captial bold font saying "DO NOT LOOSE THE TOYS!" as owner left a few toys for comfort)
Saw a lady vet cart out a dog in a mini trolley, wrapped like a mini burrito for some fresh air in the reception area. My heart melted ?
Thanks for looking after my doggo for a month after her surgery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time can be quite awhile but it is totally worth it to be there and I am thankful to have gotten caring doctors. I have been to so many private vets who could not diagnose my dogs condition and was hesitant to come all the way here due to the distance. But after going through the experience with them, I will recommend this place to any pet lover because of their doctors, facilities, machines and boarding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are quite good and they provide good medicines that is highly effective with quick healing and recovery for your pet, but the service is too bad in terms of picking calls for booking an appointment.plz work on that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly inefficient system monitoring ? They took me 5 hours above to wait will there's no patients around. And I saw the payment counter is playing mines in her computer. ? Trust me, you came for once, is also your last time to come here. You're gonna waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment is at 11am. Met the vet at 1pm. Been waiting for 2 hours. After the vet, we have to wait more than 30 minutes already to pay. I don't know what kind of invoice that they writing. But it definitely took them more than 30 minutes.
This vet hospital need to improve. Too many staffs doing nothing at the front desk. Just chit chatting. And now, no cashier.
Apparently, cashier went for lunch. One cashier only. Even pharmacist also went for lunch. One pharmasist only? But there are 2 staffs at the counter chit chatting LOL.
I think I was done with the vet at about 1:30pm. And now waiting for everybody to come back 2:30pm.
You need able staff. And proper info at the waiting area stating that everybody will be going for lunch at certain time.
Frustrating service. The management could have hired more able people. In fact, maybe UPM could have hired better and able management to manage this Vet Hospital.
You don't just need qualified worker, you need qualified and able worker.
Keyword here, ABLE employee.
