Because all of a sudden he stop eating and playing and he is sleeping all day.
I gave all the medicine u gave him.
He is eating and getting active now..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an emergency, a new born stray kitten i am feeding was hit by the blade of grass cutting machine. though i tried to put in my house the mother cat wouldnt allow. it sleeps within the grass, i heard the noise of the machine and saw this bloody kitten fighting for her life and mother cat looking at her injured kitten. i called the Lim&Loo for an emergency appointment and was turned down. i was told to find a hospital. i only need medicine and cleaning up, as pet parent i dont let my stray or my pets to be hospitalised. without even checking they turn away. Doctors should be people who are compassionate. i cried my lungs out seeing the kitten. eventually driving around looking for nearby clinics the kitten died. the most critical time of your life is when you are dying or your loved ones are dying. if you are turned away, nothing is more worse than that. Mayo is too far away for me to go, but by the time i wanted to go there, she died. i can never forgive these doctors for their lack of empathy. Ban the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a mixed feeling when I read the review of this vet clinic but I still have it a try. However this is the worst experience I've ever had just to make an appointment. I requested for an appointment in simple English, but the assistant replied in broken malay. When I mentioned my name Mr. Choo, he then answer me in broken mandarin. I kept telling him that I need an appointment urgently as my dog experienced patellar luxation which need to get vet attention. But the only thing he asked me is whether my dog can eat or drink. I told him yes but he straight away told me no need to come and see vet. I am like what? Is he pushing the customers away? Who is he to determine whether my dog is in good or bad condition without even seeing my dog? His tone is just not friendly and not interested to talk to me. After a few minutes, I heard someone talking behind and said they have only 10am slot, if late the vet will not entertain me...
To Lim & Loo, please have some emphaty to all your customers as they asked for appointment because of emergency issues for their pet. Please mark up your customer service and business attitude! Don't put a person who is unable to speak in English to pick up calls! You will not earn your income without customers support. You are not the only vet clinic in this area. I will never visit this vet clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been sending my cats to dr lim & loo since they worked at babypet vet. That was way back im 2008-2009. Now they've open their own clinic and i still send my cats there. Their charges are economical and i like the way they do explaination about the problem with my cats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so very much blessed that it was actually you who just dealt with that very critical case of my dog Milky and Ropsie and cured my babies so very quickly as well as very soon.
And i would like to thank such vet doc you who actually treated all my pets very early as also handled all of them with so much of care and explain very well each every single time.. And also very very affordable price even for surgery compared to other vet.
Words will not be sufficient to show how thankful I am for this cooperation of yours as the doctor of my pet. You are the only choice veterinary of mine❤..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for the excellent staff and doctor who had help my 4 months puppy that's was ill and had search all veterinary clinics nearby and all is full with appointments and luckily this clinic willing to give abit of their time to examination my puppy. Really appreciate your service dear doctor and staff nurse. Definitely will going back and won't go back to my previous vet anymore.
