NOT RECOMMEND , PLS DONT BRING YOUR CAT TO HERE My cat eat their medicine only one time, the next day my cat terus sawan, i bring my cat and medicine to other clinik veterinar, the doctor suspect medicine overdose, today my cat die Purr queen give flu tablet, and ask us to feed my cat 2 tablet per times for less then 2kg kitten, THIS IS OVERDOSE Pay rm50 consultant fee and get my cat die today DAMN, i regret to bring my cat to this vet!!!!!!

The quality of care at Honeyvets has been outstanding in every aspect, from general health checks through to boarding, microchipping, and in the worst scenario, testing and nursing prior to the loss of one of my precious cats. I travel for work and it's truly a weight off my mind to know how well my cats are treated when I'm not there. Based on my experience, I really cannot recommend the practice highly enough to any caring cat owner.

The staffs are friendly and but the the price is a little bit over expensive. It's burdening especially for a mediocre cat parent like me. Already ask them the amount of the treatment and already allocate that amount before coming to the vet but end up getting different treatment and had to pay triple the amount from what we've discussed. :(

They have been my cats vets for more than three years. Had no problem with them, as they are patience, passionate, and up to date in their field. Although it can be pricy but they have help to diagnose my cat properly and come out with preventative measures on what we can do to prevent my cats' condition from worsening. My cat would have been in diabetic condition if it wasn't for their diagnosis in high blood sugar level! Bless them

I sent my furbabies here, couple of times since it is the nearest to my house. However, there were few grooming incidents that turn out to be really bad. All my cats were still have some dirt on them, especially at the paws and rear end. It seems that the grooming sessions were done in a hurry, perhaps they were looking for quantity rather than quality. When I raised this issues, they just said sorry and informed that I am the only customer that have issues with their grooming services. When making the complaints, I send them pictures to proved but they just simply ignored it. There were one time that one of my cat was injured during the grooming session, and they charged me for the medicine too. When I argued about it, they told me that my cat was a difficult cat, that's why it injured during the grooming session. They also informed that they only have one crew for their grooming services, so it is normal for that kind of issues. They charged you with hefty prices (wayyyy expensive than the others) but the services were very poor. The medicines given were always without name, just symptoms such as fever, flu. As a responsible vet, you should provides names of the medicine to the client because if there is any issues such as allergies or what's not, you client will be more aware of it. One more thing, they also not keen to update the vaccine cards provided. I paid for the vaccines and deworm, but there is not record in the card, and when you informed them, they just ignored you. They like your money, but not in giving the services that value to the money. really disappointed. I thought I am the only one that facing this issue, however, when I ask my friend, it was the same especially about the issues in grooming. And yet they have the audacity to tell me I am the only client that make complaint about their grooming services. Regarding the response from the owner: From your own words, you basically admitted that there were several similar cases to mine. So why told me that I was the only customer complained about the services in the first place? Dont worry, I have not send my furbabies since the rebranding of your clinic. My last visit was when you held the customer appreciation day, but I would say it was more on the parading your new upgrade front office, nothing more. I was expecting the boarding rooms were upgraded since you charge waayyyy expensive than others because that was the right things to do. Unfortunately, the boarding room was still the same.

I recently move to a new place and looking for a vet clinic nearby to my house. I made an enquiry on their services, however it was not handled professionally. First, when they told me about their boarding fees, which I found more expensive from my previous experience, I ask about whether the fees come with extra services or better boarding place. Unfortunately, their boarding services doesn't seem different from others, especially when they charged you daily instead of how many nights. And they still using the normal boarding cage. I voiced out my concern about it and was given rude response such as no customer has made a complaint about it. Mind you, I am just giving my personal thought about it politely, but they react as I did something wrong. Secondly, I found out they are not dog friendly premises. And again, they said I should know better since their clinic name says it all and their social media too. I politely told them I am not aware about their policy as I dont have any social media. They just brushed it off like since I am not their potential customer. From what I have been experiencing and what I found in the reviews, I could conclude that this clinic is very selective with their customers, unable to receive constructive comments and not professional in handling customer enquiries.
