I couldn't give 5 stars simply because I was promised one week delivery after I made the purchase on late March. I only receive the chair last Friday which is more than a month of lead time.
But once I had the chair, I really can't complaint anything except for the delivery time. Brilliant product!
However please be frank about the lead time, it would be a waste if such quality product is now accompanied with the same level of service ?

Although - it was pretty simple and didn't need much effort. Took me 30 minutes.

The 3D arm rest is made of soft touch material this chair is full of premium materials. I really recommend this chair for long hour sitting. Thank you and keep up the good work Victorage.
