★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vista komanwel B design is more to student hostel with no ground floor lobby. It is just opposite IMU with very good rental demand from IMU student. Due to its lobby design, it is highly recommended for investment to build a student hostel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vista komanwel is the worst place to leave. Especially for foreign students. Some of the agents especially Chinese agents are not trust worthy at all. Most of the units are mouldy and rusty so it's very unhealthy to live. It was built 35 years ago and the maintenance suck. Hope foreign students will not be tricked like me. Students life needs to be fun and easy not to deal with greedy Chinese who only talks about money and their services quality is below zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice condo. Good management. Good security. Some units are run down but mostly are well renovated. Have clubhouse selling good food, and convenient shop n a car wash. Just opposite IMU. Few food vendors outside. 15 min walk to restaurants and grocery shopping. Easy public transport available. Nice walking path with trees connecting to other apartments and towards the LRT and restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closest to IMU & the Sri Petaling LRT station. Easy access to Kesas, Bukit Jalil-Puchong link, MEX & North-South Expressway. Extra facilities consist of swimming pool, a small park & convenient stores. Good view if you stay on higher floors & non-condo facing unit.
