★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this SC during my Jetta ownership and I strongly advise to go other SC because the management is not honest. They told me my service is overdue by 17 days and this has void my warranty and when I claim my warranty I need to pay for labour fee but parts are free. They use such tactics to earn extra but without informing VPCM the truth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upmarket car centres are usually well equipt for customer convenience and this place is one of them. The staff attends to customers upon seeing them enter the showroom and I found them knowledgeable about the car industry. Unlike before, they now offer very competitive prices against their Japanese car competitors and for the quality they offer, I feel theirs is the better choice, the issue is one of affordability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for regular servicing. While normal services are a-okay, the car wash is simply mediocre, not even sure if they even use car shampoo or just plain water to wash the car. It lacks the after wash lustre. Would advise to keep away especially if you're a particular car guy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice service centre for VW. I have been in Klang, Kuantan and Kota Bharu SC but this one is far the best. Very friendly service advisor and personally the best thing is the waiting lounge. Very spacious and comfortable lounge. Bring your laptop, they even got workspace if you want to wait and do your work here. Free flow coffee and free breakfast. Recommended to all VW owner to service here.
