★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done couple of services for my car. Credit to Service Advisor Dina. He will explain the items that mandatory to be serviced in details and also those optional items. He assist me a lot on the warranty matters with his professional knowledges about the car. He will always be there whenever your car have any problem. I am very satisfied of his service and definitely will recommend to my friends.

I Was Greeted By Ms. Asha And Later Was Assigned To Miss Sharon Kaur. Both Of Them Have Been Very Helpful. Ms. Asha Managed To Secured A Slot For My Car Service Maintenance Despite Short Notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my third time sending my Volvo XC90 Recharge to Federal Auto, and this time was for one rim dent repair (front left). I was ready if my car was to be in the workshop for one week instead they were kind to lend or temporarily replace that one rim so I'd still have my car. They also checked thoroughly my tires and found that particular tire on the dented rim was spoilt and recommended for change. Instead of push to change two tires they recommended just to change one after they ascertain the paired tire was still good. In a nutshell, while the rim was being fixed and a new tire being ordered, they arranged that I'd still have my car and saved my budget from getting two tires. Kudos to Hanis (Service Manager) who made it easy for me. Also, she consistently updated me on the progress, ensure my car was fully ready before leaving the workshop, and constantly follow up after service all three times.
