Really bad service.I need to wait for one-two days for only service my car, its so nonsense and not logic for only service car. The excuses that have been told is, β€œthe technician did not have time to observe….” WOWWW VERYY GOOD SERVICES NISSAN GLENMARIE!!!!!

Great job, you got sms.notification reminder when your service is due. I like this follow up since we tend to overlook due to busy with works.

Some staffs are robots and cannot think out of the box. They only entertain customers with routine service appointments and never bother to think to entertain walk in customers with immediate issues with their car even under warranty.

Bad customer service. Lousy service by their workshop. Regret buying Nissan. Please look out for other cars. Mazda is even better. My car was in their workshop for 1 month just for minor repair which is bumper and head light. And they can tell me no parts and after 2 weeks no man power.. they will never bother calling you.

Had great experience purchasing our Almera here. The customer service was top notch, our SA particularly (Mr Leow Zu Song) was very kind, patience, and most important very swift in helping us get our car. We book the car during mid ramadan and receive the car in the first week of raya. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend the above SA for all Nissan matters. Thank you Nissan Malaysia.

Really depends who is your service consultant but overall the experience is negative after 3 times being here. This is a completely different experience comparing when I serviced my previous car with Toyota. First visit (with appointment) was good and Nissan guy was friendly and was patient and willing to understand customer concerns. Second visit (with appointment) I came because of a sound when I switched on the air cond. They took half day to diagnose the car and determined my timing belt needs changing, ok I agreed to change. Same day at night the same sound was heard so obviously problem was not solved. Third visit (no appointment) on the next day. It was busy I understand, but the service consultant who took my car the day before, genuinely did not want to service or listen to my concerns and said too busy and scheduled me for an appointment on 4 April. Hello…. If your car got sound you want to wait 2 weeks? Please think from the customers perspective. Also, why the 2nd time they diagnosed my car and asked to change a part that did not solve the problem? Not satisfied I went to Nissan SC Klang and the guy even helped with sitting in my car, checking the engine for the sound and determined it’s a aircond compressor issue and advised I go back to Glenmarie 4S to submit claim. Drive back to Glenmarie SC and asked to wait until after lunch to get my car checked. They checked an then only started the claim process which they said standard takes 7-14 days! Long story short, the Nissan Service reception guy wasn’t helpful, doesn’t understand customer concerns, seems to only want to rush all the cars with appointments and worse of all as of my writing, have not received a call from him despite him promising to do so. This has left a very sour taste me on the quality of Nissan cars and Nissan service centres.

I have been driving Nissan cars all my life thinking that the newer models will not be as bad. This time i sent the Nissan Teana to this center and it blew me up completely. This Teana has been to this Nissan service center for maintenance since it was purchased. I sent it for standard service maintenance a week ago today and was told that after all the services and change of parts the car is good till the next service 6 months from then. Not even 1 week after that the car gave problem and i sent it back and they took half a day to check and told me that the ignition coils need to be changed together with the casket. An hour past and they call again with different parts that needed to be changed and will cost more. The method if to put fear on the client that further damage will occur if not changed. Cut things short, if you own a Nissan dispose it off after using it for 5 years as maintenance will cost. Nissan Spare Parts are very expensive. Nissan Service Center will charge 2 x more than the most expensive price you can find online and the sad thing is no negotiation. Go to a Nissan Service Center and prepare a fat wallet because it will never be cheap.

They are the worst to deal with. My car has been with them for almost 3 months after the floods for repair and they haven't repaired it, refusing to let me see it, not giving me the date they will return my car. It is so difficult to call through as most of the time they don't answer. My car went in with not much damage as per eye can see, but until now I do not know what is going on as they keep giving excuses. They also will never call you to inform. Excuses given, no parts, insurance slow (which they didn't really work on it), lack of man power, on leave, and now covid. The pandemic is no longer an excuse. I WANT MY CAR BACK I will never buy a Nissan again. This is not the first time I am having problems with them. I sent to Nissan as I want my car to remain with original parts but I think I have made the worst decision. RETURN MY CAR WITH ORIGINAL PARTS AND PROPER CONDITION. NISSAN WILL BE HELD LIABLE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH MY CAR
