★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is superb. Very clean and well organized. Very good staff and doctor. The price also cheap compare to others non-government clinic. They also provide other cat items that you guys can buy as it is quite affordable. First time i've been there and i am fully satisfied although its quite far from my place due to traffic jams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask for some information about cat, they attentively answer my question. Staff are friendly. If you want to neuter or spay your cat, need to book the appointment via WhatsApp. If want to have checkup just walkin. Come early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am considered a regular customer of this clinic because I love the treatment and care given. Prices are also reasonable. But I was very upset when there were a very rude customers who took numbers for their friend while their friend came late. They control the turn for another customer as they thought they are "org lama" at the clinic. This is not fair. I came first and had to wait a long time because I gave up with their attitude. This was not the first time this had happened and I decided to look for another veterinar clinic. I hope this matter will be solved soon or there is another alternative to ensure this matter will not happen again
