โ โ โ โ โ Had to amputate one of my cats leg here. Cost rm720. All the staff are friendly. I called and went on the same day but wasn't waiting for too long for other appointment to finish but better if you make an appointment first. Waiting area for cats and dogs are separated. There was also a hedgehog owner there that day so maybe not limited to cats and dogs. Anyway, my cat is still adjusting to the three-legged life

To Whom It May Concern,
Please do us a favor, just stop your scam business.
I had sent my cat here. The Dr said that he will be OK. I had spent around RM 700 here just to see my cat die a few days later.
This is unethical and you should kill yourself.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience here. bring my cat as she seems sick for days. Told the Dr, that i think my cat is pregnant (i just adopt my cat), she is a stray, hence i dont know whether she pregnant or not. However, the Dr said that it is some tumor in the cat cervix. Lol. But then, my cat had an abortion(the kitten is dead?tho)? right in the counter when i want to pay. then i call the Dr and then she take my cat, and first i thought the kitten survived as they seem to chat happily inside. But, the kitten died. hence,i think the Dr and the staff are very insensitive to the life of a living being. Why they laugh? What makes me mad is after that the Dr in charge said to the staff at the counter, "Add rm50 to charge for removal of whatever that is". I was like hello??? That whatever is my cat's dead kitten. Why you guys are so insensitive to said that in front of me. So rude to the cat. Just want money, bur dont have empathy. Really not recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Layanan and services sangat baik ?? However, i must say that the price is too expensive. They charged me for RM203. My kitten was sick for a few days and the vet suggest me to do the parvo test because dah takde cara lain and i have no choice since the condition of my kitten dah teruk. Surprisingly, the parvo test kit cost about RM60 which is too pricey. I go to another vet before this that also did the same test and together with five types of medicine untuk bawa balik and that only cost me for RM65 (total cost okey) included the consultation cost. How can the price can be so different since this clinic only provide me ONE antibiotic plus wet food RM12 and some other drips to my kitten masa di klinik. Tak sampai 24 hours my kitten mati ya after go to the clinic. Im not blame the clinic, but yeah you know what i mean and im just complaining about the price. Overall not recommended, but if you looking for comfortable and clean clinic then you can come. The services also ?

โ โ โ โ โ THIS PROBABLY THE WORST VET EXPERIENCE I HAD ENCOUNTERED SO FAR. MADE ME WAIT MORE THAN 3 HOURS INSIDE MY CAR??? SERVE OTHER CUSTOMER FIRST. CHARGE ME AROUND RM800 and said my cat can live for another 3 years but MY CAT DIED AFTER 7 DAYS. NOT EVEN SURE IF THEY DIAGNOSE PROPERLY BECAUSE THE MEDICINE GIVEN SEEMS TO MAKE MY CAT EVEN WORSE DAILY.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. can find better price and better experienced doctor elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ I had an emergency case and doctor is just so rude. Only see my dog for 5mins and told me she canโt do anything, ask me to go back. Then went on complaining about how tired and long her day was. If you hate it so much then shut down the clinic. I even had to pay for the consultation fee lol worst clinic in kuantan!

โ โ โ โ โ Good clinic. Good doctor. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I bring my pets here for treatment and even boarding them when i'm out of town. Also selling food, medication and toys for your pets. Very recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst clinic ever. The doctor was so rude. She scolded us for not holding the dog properly while giving injection. LOL. We are paying high for the treatment. She only see my dog for less than 10 minutes. Can say 5 minutes only. Who is doctor here? Me or she? The injection is hanging on my dogโs back, the doctor is screaming because my dog moved. Haishh. Useless doctor. Not recommended at all.
