★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retailers here are way way friendlier and more courteous than those in the bigger mall Low Yat Plaza.
Price is definitely more reasonable and not as steep as LYP.
Foreigners here are surprisingly IT EXPERT TECHNICIAN too, don't let their appearance deceive you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to go fix the screen for my phone. Comparable prices to the EU. Maybe slightly cheaper in Europe. Then the charger didn't work. Then the antenna didn't work. It's a good thing I know how to fix phones, so I fixed it myself. Can't depend on the Chinese to fix things. Arabs steal and are dishonest. Malays take forever. Where can I go to get honest and professional labor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to purchase a laptop for my niece. I cam say there are lots and lots of choices here. However the packages offered may vary so much. You have to go around to check up on the prices offered with additional free hardware and software. Over all I can see a significant price hike from like few months earlier. I would recommend that you do some window shopping first before settling down on a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to shop for IT gadgets and appliances. This Digital Mall has many IT merchants / shops under one roof. It is advisable to shop around for the best price for any specific gadget you plan to buy.
I bought a HP laptop from one of the shops there and managed to get a good deal from the seller. The shop employee was very professional and took time to explain the features of the laptop.
So if you plan to visit the mall I suggest that you do some research first on the product you want to buy. When you are there it is easier for you to focus on just the product and can negotiate the best price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful!. Some seller are too greedy and will charge you higher price. You need to survey to few shop before make a decision. Upper level shop might have better offer compare to lower level shop. Don't go to NOTEBOOK PRO!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This three-story digital mall in Section 14 of Petaling Jaya, which built in 2006, is a popular IT mall in the Klang Valley. Anyone who is interested in technology will undoubtedly have visited or heard about it. The mall is a smaller version of Bukit Bintang's Plaza Lowyat.
The great feature of this Digital Mall is the personalized experience, as the mall has roughly 50 shops, allowing for good communication between buyers and sellers/sales representatives without being pushed aside if the mall is busy.
Many IT related products and services are available at this mall, including laptops from Dell, HP, Toshiba, Acer, Lenovo, Asus, and others, as well as computer peripherals such as printers, LCD monitors, thumb drives, scanners, WiFi routers, modems, and Desk Jet Cartridges from various brands, along with hand phones, fax machines, motherboards, speakers, software, gaming sets, and more. It is a one-stop IT mall with a wide range of products.
I enjoy coming here whenever I need IT products because the prices are reasonable and the staff/buyers are willing to assist you. Some can be pushy for sales, but you can always walk away if you don't like their attitude or service. There will be no resentment. This mall is where I acquired the majority of my IT supplies for my office.
This Digital Mall also offers repairing and service of parts for laptops, smartphones, and other electronic devices. The prices may differ from one another, and you must be astute enough to compare and bargain skillfully in order to get a decent deal. The easiest strategy to bargain is to first check the price online and then come here.
For those who live in the PJ area, there is no need to waste time or fuel driving to KL to buy, sell, repair, or service any of your IT equipment/product. Instead, come over to Digital Mall to buy, sell, repair, or service any of your IT equipment/product. Outside of KL, it is without a doubt one of the best places to go for IT stuff. Due to heavy traffic during peak hours or on weekends, parking may be a challenge, however you can always park at the Jaya Shopping Mall's paid basement parking.
