Service is stylish & friendly, music not too loud and there is ample space between tables for keeping privacy in discussions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great vibes and view! Please ensure you do a booking as it can get rather crowded as the night goes by. A lot of bar snack options- Ordered the Angus Beef Sliders and fries. Plenty of drinks menu! The service was okay too- just the food took quite some time after the drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and bouncer are super friendly and impressive service , we came late for a bottle of wine , we are the last table to leave at 12am . The staff are friendly to remind us they are closing and I request for 15 min , they allow us with smile. While we leaving i wanted go to washroom , a parttime bouncer purposely on the corridor ambient lights for us to go (even it’s not dark at all) , and lead us to toilet and send us to lift . I rate it as 5 star service . I hope other shops in top city kl should learn from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the nicest place to chill in KL. I do not recommend coming here during the typical nights when people would party, because you need to have a lot of financial power to book a table. Instead, a better strategy is to come here during work hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit here, but definitely my last unless I decide not to eat here. The view is great with twin towers on full view and KL tower on the side. I was here on a Monday evening so place wasn’t packed like others commented. What let me completely down were the food. Wings with gochujang that wasn’t well seasoned and tasted raw out from the sauce box. Birds of a flock pizza with unnoticeable toppings of chicken and duck, the cheese was so little that I felt like eating pure dough with tomato sauce. The beef was medium, hence still tender and the only salvage for the night, but the vegetable stalk side is just too salty, and you can practically taste the salt on each leaf. My advise if you stay here is to just come here for a drink after a better meal at banyan tree or any other restaurants at KLCC. This is really a disappointment when you consider food from W Hotel is supposed to be good.

Parking : RM10 first hr. Rm5 for each next hr
Food : The food quality is above average
Drinks: Juices, beer, cocktail, wines and liquor
Service : Can be improved, staff need to learn how to pour wine.
Environment : Great KLCC view. Bar is nicely lit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place on a Wednesday. Was not so crowded. With good lighting and sounds to match the beautiful view of the twin towers. The pool makes the ambiance more relax. A great place to unwind after work or simply just to chill with friends. We just tried their pizza & drinks & chocolate desert. Was average as you can get better with cheaper price at other resto. But then it is more of paying for the location more than just the food. Service was good. Will come back again next time...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very much a "good view and good vibes" place. Very insta-worthy if you're looking to take some good snaps. Besides that, the service was very slow for a bar that's located in a hotel. It was hard to get the waiter's attention and when we finally ordered it took another 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Drinks were not bad though.
I would say this is a one time visit type place, or somewhere you bring a family/friend who's visiting KL.
