I am very happy with the treatments available here for my various ailments and their packages make it reasonably affordable for a retired senior citizen like me. My physician Dr Kelly is very patient-friendly, very thorough and most caring. I like the way she assesses and addresses and explains and follows up on my health issues and I always feel I am in capable hands. Thank you Dr Kelly!
However the front desk personnel/receptionists require some training in customer relations. I seldom get a greeting or a smile. Lacking friendliness and communication skills. Do improve.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Ng Ai Fang, after I done the backache for 5 sessions, I really find already have improve for the treatment that Dr. Ai Fang and she is very patiently explain to patient..and also very professional as Acupuncturist and physician. I will give her 5 thumb up for your treatment.. And I will continues again for another 5 sessions. Thanks for her professional advice.

She explained everything to me in a very clear manner in regards to my sensitive skin issues. All of the staff was great, helpful and patience. I am so glad I chose Xi Slim & Beauty and would highly recommend to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommended ! I have been there for their 12 weeks Acupuncture slimming program. Great customer service and very clean place to go. Special thanks to Dr FANG ! She really took time during every consultation, very calm person and caring. Good personalized advices given troughout my journey. You learn how to eat properly, and relax at the same time and understand more your metabolism. Felt less stress after every session and did a lot of progress on my diet. I might not loss a lot of weight, but i've changed my food behavior and became slimmer than before (decreased my bodyfat).
