★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree. Lousy quality for a brand new condo. Leaky plumbing, bad drainage and sanitation resulting in foul odour and perpetual flies, roaches. Poor response when complaint lodged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing luxury condominiums. Very good view of the Damansara Heights area. Excellent amenities. The infinity swimming pool is breathtaking. The pool just disappears into the sky! The pool is located between the two towers, amazing design. The gym overlooks the pool and the neighbourhood, very nice. The cinema is beautiful and it seats 16. There is a large community hall and two small conference rooms beside the swimming pool. Also, a children's playground beside the gym.
The units are very expensive but if you have the money, this is a nice place to live in. DC Mall and Sofitel Hotel are just next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst place I have ever lived.
You pay a premium for inferior quality, nothing works in this building. Wires hanging loose, cheap quality finishing. Everything seems to break or in need of maintenance once a month, and it takes them forever to fix anything.
I waited for 4 months to fix water dripping from my ceiling because of a faulty installation. The keys for the gate system didn't work for 5 months and they didn't seem to bother fixing it.
The Management office is completely incapable of handling anything whatsoever, all the way unacceptable.
I would not recommend for anyone to move into this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Negative points.Too noisy and too much dush due the current construction nearby. Acces to MRT station is not ready yet. I find the price of the condo quite expensive for the quality. The one of 2 bedrooms cost over 5k. One room with window and one without window. I understand that to keep an office room without window is not great. Be aware that this is a service apartment condominium so electricity price is double. Traffic jam on front the building in peak hours so noisy and pollution.
- Positive points. Swimming pool with salty water, location, units have terrace, gym is cool
