★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something is wrong. The menu from the QR code at the table is priced higher than the Sofitel website - some a good 50% hike up.
But is the food worth it? I laughed out loud. The curry laksa is rm48. It is the laksa you get from the buffet table with packet fishballs and sad vegetables. They should either fix the food or fix the menu.
Apparently many people have complained about the misleading prices. Yet nothing has been done.
Dont come here. Even with our discount, it wasn't worth it. Better places aplenty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally, a buffet with tasty food , decent spread and food that is fresh and appetizing, I really love the mushroom soup, tasty and rich, asian cuisine is filled with spice and aromatic, dessert is nice too, service is up to par and kitchen and front crew are very helpful and friendly, ambience is great, not too noisy and overall very satisfying experience with my family, highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here on the 20th May for buka puasa. We had the whole place for ourselves which was really cool. Overall experience was great. It is also one of the really beautiful interior design I have seen so far.
They serve really quality foods even though the selection is quite limited. Wide range of cooked seafoods on ice. Various meats cooked in malay style. Sushi selection was minimal but they're really delicious and fresh, I wouldnt mind having the same one again and again. Satisfied with the fruits section as well, as it has quite a bit of variaties compared to most restaurants. They also serve cordial drinks and really good teh tarik.
Dessert selection was also minimal, which was the combination of malay desserts, cakes, chocolate fondue, potong ice cream and ice kacang.
Overall, I would say the selection of foods is really limited. Within 1 hour I have already done. But the quality compensates everything. I'll sum it up as almost a fine dining buffet. Servers and staffs are very friendly.
The only downside was there are fruits flies around. And it doesn't has much choices of foods for children too. No pasta and pizza to been seen, or maybe I have missed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely buffet at Sofitel. There were many choices for seafood and non seafood lovers as well as an amazing selection of desserts. The price was surprisingly affordable. Eddie was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!!
